Etienne SICARD

Etienne SICARD is a professor at INSA Toulouse, member of INSA Group, of the University of Toulouse, France, at Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering. He has written different works in CEM, CMOS conception and in speech therapy. At GEI, he is in charge of communication and is coordinating an International Master.

He is teaching various aspects of electronics, signal processing, mobile communications, software and electromagnetic compatibility (CEM).

He makes his researches in CEM of integrated circuits and in speech therapy.  He was a founding member of EMC Compo conference. He is the author and co-author of Microwind, IC-EMC, Diadolab & Vocalab software, as well as publications and books.
